Participation in the Designs by Lolita Spring Celebration Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") constitutes your ("Entrant") full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The Sweepstakes begins at 4:00 p.m. CST on Friday, March 20, 2020 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CST on Sunday, March 22, 2020 ("Entry Period").
SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Enesco, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices located at 225 Windsor Drive, Itasca, IL 60143 ("Sponsor"). By participating in this Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters. Participants agree to release & hold harmless Enesco, LLC, its respective parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, directors, officers, retailers, distributors, employees or agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injury, loss, damage, claims or actions of any kind resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or from acceptance or use of any prize won.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older (“Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors and agents of the Sponsor, affiliated companies, subsidiaries and advertising agencies, and any and all companies associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

One entry per person.
ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: Email your name, address, and phone number to dblsocial@enesco.com. A limit of one (1) alternate Entry per person or email address.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: Three (3) winning Entries (“Winners”) will be selected at random based on the comments by the Sponsor by noon central time on March 23, 2020. Sponsor reserves the right to determine eligibility and to select an alternative Entry if it determines in its sole discretion that any Entry is not in conformance with these Official Rules.
Odds of winning depend on the number of valid Entries received. The Winners will be contacted via their social profile. The prize will be mailed out the week of March 23, 2020. All Entries are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, or misdirected Entries, or unsuccessful efforts to notify Winner.
PRIZE: The winner will receive the My Drinking Garden Wine Glass (item no. 6006288) with a retail value of approximately $27.99. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
Entrant grants the Sponsor (except where prohibited by law) the right to use and publish Winner’s name, likeness, city and state, biographical data, and/or any information contained in Entry in print and/or other media in connection with this Sweepstakes, including on the Internet, by the Sponsor, its partners, and third-party entities, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.
APPLICABLE LAW: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in Chicago, Illinois. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Illinois and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Illinois. Any and all judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.
List of Winner: Sponsor will announce winner on March 23, 2020. Name and/or photo of winner will be shown on Designs by Lolita Facebook and @designsbylolita_ Instagram page after the conclusion of the sweepstakes.
