Party Pours: Strawberry Patch!

Party Pours: Strawberry Patch!

Some Mixology Mondays are about trying something new.
This one is about making it easy!

I’m introducing a new little addition to Mondays. Party Pours!! These are quick-reference posts for making my signature recipes when you’re hosting a party.
Same flavors you love. Less time mixing. More time celebrating.

And first up? Strawberry Wine!!!

Sweet. Playful. A little flirty. Inspired by strawberries, which are a symbol of love and happiness. Basically everything a party pour should be.

My Strawberry Wine hand-painted wine glass sets the tone instantly. Juicy reds. Bright strawberries. So much personality. It tells your guests exactly what kind of day it’s going to be before the first sip even happens.

When the glassware feels special, the drink does too. Hosting instantly feels more fun and way less fussy.

Strawberry Patch for a Batch!

Makes 5–6 generous servings (about 10 oz per glass)

This is my Strawberry Lolita recipe, made for sharing. Perfect for brunch, Galentine’s Day, or any gathering where the glasses are big and the pours are generous.

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. brandy
  • 6 oz. club soda
  • 1½ bottles white wine
  • 2 packages fresh strawberries, washed
  • 1 container fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

Directions:

Grab a cute pitcher. Fill it about one-third of the way with ice.

Add the brandy, club soda, and white wine. Give it a gentle stir.

Remove the tops from both packages of strawberries. Set aside 2–3 strawberries per guest for garnish. Slice the remaining strawberries in halves or quarters and add them right to the pitcher. Stir again and let all those flavors mingle.

Now for the fun part.

Take the strawberries you set aside and slice them in half, then trim them into little hearts. Depending on the size, thread 2–3 onto cocktail sticks for each guest.
Grab your mint and trim 1–2 sprigs per person.

Set the garnishes next to the pitcher and let guests finish their own glass. Easy. Interactive. Very cute.

Batch cocktails are the secret to effortless hosting.

Make it ahead. Set the pitcher near the glasses. Let guests serve themselves. Suddenly you’re not stuck behind the counter and everyone’s having more fun. Add a bowl of strawberries to the table and call it décor. Easy. Pretty. Done!!

Because a good glass makes every pour better, you can take 10% off the Strawberry Wine hand-painted wine glass now through 2/2/26. Consider it my little thank-you for hosting in style!

Pour once. Party on!!

XOXO,
Lolita
