Mocktail Monday: Mango-berry Mermaid
Some princesses dream of castles. Disney’s Ariel? She dreams of adventure.
That’s exactly the spirit I wanted to capture in this playful little sip. Bright mango, bubbly berry sparkle, a splash of lime. It’s sweet, refreshing, and full of curiosity. Just like our favorite free-spirited mermaid.
I love that this recipe feels a little unexpected too. Mermaid-inspired drinks usually lean ocean blue, but Ariel has always been more than seashells and waves. She’s bold, vibrant, adventurous, and full of personality. This mocktail captures her more playful side while still feeling totally tropical!!
Mango-Berry Mermaid Mocktail
Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh mango (or mango puree)
- 1 oz. mango juice (optional)
- 1-2 fresh strawberries (optional)
- ½ oz. fresh lime juice
- ½ cup strawberry soda
- ¼ cup raspberry soda
- Mint (garnish)
- 1 cup crushed ice
Directions
Add fresh mango and muddle (no need to if using puree). Fill your glass with ice. IF you want a stronger mango flavor, add some optional mango juice. Add fresh strawberries (if desired) and a splash of fresh lime juice, then top with raspberry soda and strawberry soda for that sparkling berry fizz.
Garnish with fresh mint and sip your way into mermaid-worthy magic!!
Bright. Playful. Curious. A little adventurous.
Just like Ariel herself.
Bring this dazzling The Little Mermaid beauty to your next celebration and let the good times shimmer all the way from shore to sea.
XOXO,
Lolita
