Mocktail Monday: Garden Oasis

Disney’s Jasmine has always reminded us that the world is bigger than what lies just beyond our window.

With rich jewel tones, dazzling details, and her iconic palace shimmering in the background, my Princess Jasmine glasses feel like pure magic. Every sparkle celebrates a princess who dreamed beyond the world she knew and wasn't afraid to follow her own path.

When I started dreaming up a recipe for these beauties, I kept coming back to the palace gardens. Lush greenery. Hidden courtyards. Quiet moments tucked behind magnificent palace walls dreaming of the world beyond.

That's where the Garden Oasis Mocktail was born.

Garden Oasis Mocktail

Ingredients

• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 2 oz orange juice
• 2 oz non-alcoholic blue curaçao syrup
• 1-2 tsp cream of coconut
• 1 oz coconut water
• Lemon-lime soda
• Crushed ice

Directions

Shake pineapple juice, orange juice, blue curaçao syrup, cream of coconut, and coconut water. Fill your glass with crushed ice and strain. Top with lemon-lime soda, garnish with a pineapple wedge, and enjoy every sparkling sip!

The emerald-green color feels like a hidden oasis nestled in the heart of the palace gardens. Bright citrus and tropical flavors bring a refreshing twist that feels vibrant, unexpected, and full of possibility.
