Mocktail Monday: Apple of My Eye

A little romance. A little sparkle. And a rose that's almost TOO PRETTY to sip!

My Disney Princess Belle glasses are serving up some serious fairytale glamour! The stemmed glass features Belle's enchanted castle surrounded by beautiful yellow roses, glittering gold designs, and dazzling red gems. And the stemless?! She's the BELLE of the ball, darling! Belle shines in her iconic yellow gown beneath sparkling chandeliers, with her unforgettable red rose making a special appearance on the back.

When I started dreaming up a mocktail for these beauties, I couldn't stop thinking about Belle's enchanted rose. That little touch of romance deserved something sweet, golden, and just a bit unexpected.

And that's how my Apple of My Eye Mocktail came to life!!!

Apple of My Eye Mocktail

Ingredients

1/3 cup apple cider
1 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. honey syrup
Ginger ale, to top
1 Apple (to make the rose garnish)
Ice

Directions

Add the apple cider, lemon juice, and honey syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with ginger ale and garnish with a beautiful apple rose. Let the fairytale BEGIN!!
