Mixology Monday: Sailboats & Sand Dollars

If you’re hosting at home, grab some sand dollars to use as décor. Keep colors to mostly white and teal/blue. Use coral as your accent (orange goes lovely as well). But keep it light since it packs a punch as a color.
Stock up on tropical mixers: sparkling water, tonic water, club soda, grenadine. Remember to include fruit juices like pineapple and pomegranate in your drinks.
Don't forget to add a finishing touch as well! Grab some garnishes. Mix it up and grab something like pineapple in addition to the standard lemon or orange peel.

Sailboats & Sand Dollars Recipe
- 1 oz. Vodka
- 1 oz. Blue Curacao
- ½ oz. Pineapple Juice
- ½ oz. Sparkling Water
- Fill with Sauvignon Blanc
- Garnish with pineapple wedge
