Mixology Monday: Fancy Florals
I designed this beauty for the moments that feel like a soft exhale. Soft elegance. Fresh blooms. Effortless beauty in every detail.
This time of year has always felt like the most graceful season to me. It’s the soft light streaming through the windows. Fresh flowers in delicate pastels. Dresses that move just slightly when you walk. There’s a quiet beauty to it all… refined, feminine, and full of that sweet sense of renewal.
That feeling is exactly what inspired my Fancy Florals Hand Painted Wine Glass.
I found this dress. And let me tell you… it is so me. Flowing. Romantic. Just the right amount of drama. I couldn’t stop thinking about it… so of course, I turned it into a glass.
This design began as a sketch layered over a sheer petal-pink base, accented with teal roses, soft blossoms, delicate stems, and just the right touch of sparkle. The florals move like watercolor… airy, soft, and impossibly romantic without ever feeling too much.
When I look at this glass, I see a beautiful spring gown. Feminine. Detailed. Elegant. The kind you wear when you want to feel just a little extra special. And trust me, what’s inside this glass is just as fabulous!! Right on the base, I tucked a cocktail that’s crisp, flirty, and perfectly sparkling for her floral personality.
Fancy Florals Recipe
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- Fill with sparkling rosé
- Garnish with a lemon twist
Give her a gentle stir to let those bubbles swirl and mingle. Then go ahead and make her pretty. Twist that lemon just right or drop in a few edible petals if you’re feeling extra. This one LOVES a little drama!!
It’s crisp, floral, and just the right amount of flirty!
