A famous orange flavored spritz invented in Italy and very popular for day drinking. A light, refreshing combination of prosecco, Aperol and club soda.

The Aperol Spritz originated in northern Italy in 1912 and quickly rose to fame. It has become one of Italy’s most famous cocktails featuring Aperol liqueur.

Aperol Spritz Recipe

3 Oz Prosecco
2 Oz Aperol
1 Oz Club Soda
Orange Slice Garnish
