If you know any wine lovers, including yourself, then you know the Holidays are a great time to enjoy wine. You can share it with family and friends more often. The food and décor all lend themselves to the enjoyment of wine. It can also make gifting soooo much easier for you!

I always enjoy designing my holiday glasses. They usually sell out before Christmas, so I think you love them too!

To make the glasses even more special, wine gift baskets are a great way to create an impressive gift for wine lovers. I’ve done them for years! Join the bandwagon!!

Anyways, as I was saying, I LOVE gifting my glasses in gift baskets. SO many fun things to add and fun themes to explore exist. Check out my list of GREAT Amazon Finds for a Holiday Brr Basket. It’s a wine-win!!

First things first – you always HAVE to start with the glass! Once you’ve picked a glass it’s easy to find the rest of the pieces. Each glass undoubtedly is just SUCH a great starting point for gift baskets. I think my set of Naughty Nice Stemless Hand-painted Wine Glasses are just perfect for this kind of thing.

If you’re working with my stemmed glasses, be sure to pick a basket that’s at least 8” to 12" wide. Many different basket styles are available, including cardboard, faux rattan, and wooden crate – the options are endless!

Pick your filler. A good option is plain white but think of your basket theme. I think a light color is the best way to go – it lets your gifts be the star! 

One of the handiest gifts you can give to a wine lover is a wine stopper! I’m always losing corks (although I wouldn’t mind polishing off the bottle to solve the problem, LOL). SO many fabulous options exist out there.

I like the Paper Store for great holiday shopping! They are one of my favorite retailers and are super fun to shop in.

Next up I like to add something cozy. This can be a candle, a blanket, or if you know your giftee’s shoe size a warm pair of slippers! Something to add to when they settle down with their glass of wine for the evening! 

This can also be a great way of sharing for favorite book with friends. Bundle it in the basket so it’s all set for an evening of reading!

And what’s a wine basket without wine?!? I love gifting mini bottles of wine. Something about the size is just so adorable! Not to mention, wonderfully personal.

I always like to add a little snack to pair with the wine. You could go savory or sweet.

There are always such great chocolate options that are seasonal. Like peppermint EVERYTHING. You know your bestie best, so find something their tastes would appreciate. 

Now for the finishing touches! I always like to add a small piece of seasonal décor to baskets. Add a little bit of wow factor with an extra bow or two and you’re all set!

Your wine loving friends will BE DELIGHTED for your thoughtfulness. It’s a wine-win!!
